Water fasting and weightlifting is a key to sound health after 50

I have been lifting weights since my young years some 50 years ago. Then 16 years ago I started water fasting with the main purpose of avoiding possible cancer. Today, when I am 67, I do not know what it is like to be tired, melted of low energy or low testosterone. I like doing squats, dead-lifts and bench press after my work hours.
